Project Delivery & Professional Services

Expert Delivery for Projects That Don’t Fit a Retainer

Not every piece of work needs an ongoing contract. When you need a network rebuild, a migration, or specialist security expertise for a fixed-scope project, our team delivers it — planned properly and handed over cleanly.

When You Need a Project, Not a Retainer

Some work doesn’t fit neatly into day-to-day IT support — it has a defined start, a defined end, and needs focused expertise to get right. That’s where our project delivery and professional services work comes in, whether or not you’re already a support client.

🕷️

Network & Infrastructure Builds

New offices, network redesigns or infrastructure refreshes, planned and delivered as a scoped project rather than ongoing support.

☁️

Migrations

Moving to new platforms, cloud services or a new IT provider, handled as a managed, time-boxed piece of work.

🏢

Office Moves & Relocations

Relocating your IT and telecoms alongside a physical office move, so nothing gets left behind or left unsecured.

🧭

Security Architecture & Consultancy

Fixed-scope security reviews, architecture design or policy work where you need specialist expertise for a defined outcome, not a monthly contract.

Fixed Scope, Clear Outcome

A Project With a Start, a Middle and a Finish

Projects are scoped, priced and planned before work begins, so you know what you’re getting and when it’ll be done — with clear communication throughout, not silence until the invoice.

How We Deliver a Project

A structured process, whatever the size of the project.

1

Scoping & Planning

We start by understanding the outcome you need, then scope the work, timeline and cost before anything is agreed.

2

Design & Preparation

Technical design, resourcing and any dependencies are worked out up front, so delivery doesn’t stall halfway through.

3

Delivery

Our team carries out the work to the agreed plan, keeping you updated at every stage rather than going quiet until it’s done.

4

Handover & Support

You get clear documentation and a proper handover — and if you want ongoing support afterwards, it plugs straight into our managed IT services.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from your managed IT support?

Managed IT support is ongoing, day-to-day cover under a retainer. Project delivery is fixed-scope, time-boxed work — a migration, a build, a piece of consultancy — that has a clear start and finish. The two can run side by side or completely independently.

Do we need to already be an IT support client to use this?

No. Project delivery and professional services are available on a standalone basis, whether or not you use us for ongoing IT support.

How do you price a project?

We scope and quote projects upfront based on what you actually need, so you have a clear cost before work begins rather than an open-ended bill.

What happens after the project finishes?

You get a proper handover with documentation. If you’d like ongoing support afterwards, it plugs straight into our IT Support service — but there’s no obligation to continue beyond the project itself.

Can you work alongside our existing IT provider or internal team?

Yes. We regularly deliver projects alongside an internal IT team or another provider, slotting into however you already work rather than requiring an all-or-nothing handover.

What kind of projects do you typically get involved in?

Network and infrastructure builds, platform and cloud migrations, office relocations, and fixed-scope security architecture or consultancy work are the most common — but if it has a defined outcome, it’s worth asking us.

Need Procurement or Ongoing Support Too?

Projects often bring new hardware, software or licensing with them — and once the work is done, many clients move straight into ongoing IT support.
